Nikita Dodiya — Founder and Director of SmartMinds Skills Campus — believes that every child is born with limitless potential. As a mother, mentor, and educator at heart, she envisions a world where children are not pressured to fit into a system but are encouraged to discover their unique strengths, dream fearlessly, and grow into confident, compassionate, and capable individuals.

She believes that a child's future is shaped not by report cards alone, but by curiosity, creativity, communication, resilience, and the confidence to face life's challenges. Every program at SmartMinds Skills Campus is thoughtfully designed to ignite young minds, nurture hidden talents, and prepare children for a future filled with opportunities.

Mr. Hardikkumar Dodiya spent over 15 years teaching and mentoring children. During that time, he noticed something that stayed with him: while kids were scoring marks, many were struggling to speak up, solve problems creatively, or manage everyday challenges with confidence.

That realization became SmartMinds Skills Campus — a warm, activity-driven space where children aged 5 to 18 discover their potential beyond textbooks. Here, life skills, STEM, robotics, communication, and creativity come together to shape confident, future-ready leaders.

Priyani Trehan is a passionate educator, mentor, and student counsellor committed to nurturing confident, compassionate, and future-ready individuals. While pursuing her studies in Home Science, she actively mentors children through innovative, skill-based learning programs that foster creativity, confidence, emotional well-being, and holistic development.

She specializes in student counselling, helping children identify their strengths, overcome challenges, build self-awareness, and unlock their true potential through personalized guidance and one-on-one mentoring. Her child-centric approach empowers students to grow academically, emotionally, and socially.

Beyond education, Priyani is actively associated with NGOs, contributing to CSR initiatives focused on education, child welfare, and community development, reflecting her commitment to creating a meaningful social impact.
